On November 12, 2025, our students and teachers visited the Kai Tak Sports Park for an exhilarating experience at the 15th National Games of the People’s Republic of China The Hong Kong Jockey Club Trophy Rugby Sevens Competition. The trip provided a fantastic opportunity to cheer on Team Hong Kong and witness top-tier athletic competition firsthand.

This was more than just a spectator event; it was a valuable learning journey outside the classroom. Students gained a close-up view of the dynamic sport of rugby and deepened their support for local athletic development. They also experienced the electric atmosphere of a major sports event, observing the complex logistics and multi-departmental coordination required to host such a spectacle.

Through this experience, our students not only enhanced their understanding and appreciation of sports but also strengthened their sense of national identity. It was a proud moment to see Hong Kong successfully fulfilling its role as a co-host city for the National Games, sharing in both the responsibility and the honour.
