This is a funded activity for the 2025–26 academic year by the Citizenship Education Committee, targeting Secondary 4 students. Through this program, students are expected to gain a deeper understanding of the historical development of the national government structure and explore how Hong Kong residents can participate in national development by taking up positions within the mainland government system. They will also reflect on how Hong Kong’s strengths can contribute to the country’s development and put forward suggestions to contribute to the development of both Hong Kong and the country.
