On 17th April, our school’s English Club hosted an ice cream café at the covered playground during lunchtime. By encouraging students to use English to order ice cream, students learnt how to say different ice cream flavours, toppings and utensils in English, as well as phrases for ordering things. Furthermore, students were also given an opportunity to use English in real-life dialogues while enjoying their favourite ice cream during the scorching heat.
