Our school’s 4th-generation solar car team, OZMOST Alpha, has fulfilled their dream by constructing a new rideable solar electric vehicle inspired by the design of a Formula 1 racing car. They participated in the “New Energy New Generation 2024” solar car competition organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) Engineering Department. From theory to practice, and from vehicle design and assembly to ground testing, OZMOST Alpha demonstrated perseverance and a spirit of diligent exploration, achieving excellent results in the competition:
